All we ask is that the cartridge is still sealed and in the manufacturer's original box. So just give us a call on 01323 449333. It can be helpful if you have your order number. Don't worry we won't hold you to having to return the goods within 14 days. We understand you have to have spare printer supplies on the shelf. This is why we provide a 90 days from purchase returns policy.
Ooops, I have ordered the wrong item?
Again don't worry, we will take it back. We do ask that the cartridge is still sealed and in the manufacturer's packaging. Just give us a call to arrange the return.
What if my supplies are faulty?
It happens occasionally even with original cartridges, so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Let us know by 16.45 and we can send a replacement for the next working day. We will arrange to collect the faulty item but the priority is to get you a replacement ASAP. Please keep the faulty cartridge and packaging safe so that we can collect it.
What if I didn't receive all of my order?
Sometimes we may have to ship your order with more than one courier, however, if this is the case, we will let you know.
If your order is not complete, or you have the wrong number of items, please advise us straight away.
